ORLANDO/WEST PALM BEACH – (June 5, 2014) – McCraney Property Company (MPC) continues to expand its Central Florida presence with the addition of Ben Kraljev as Director of Growth and Development to the company’s Orlando office. He brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate development experience to MPC and has experience for delivering projects in all asset classes.
Kraljev is responsible for managing the development of new properties from entitlement and permitting to construction and delivery. He also participates in project planning, prepares construction reports and oversees contractor selections and bidding processes.

Prior to joining MPC, Kraljev directed a commercial real estate development pipeline with an annual run rate of $40 million. Additionally, he managed an institutional real estate portfolio consisting of 277 properties with a market value in excess of $350 million. His experience includes project management, asset management and property management.

Kraljev received his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in business administration from Embry–Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Fla. He currently holds an active Florida Real Estate Broker’s license and previously held a Florida Building Contractors license.
